For federal refunds, you can check Where's My Refund?,  your online IRS account, or call 1-800-829-1040.  For state refunds, check the Indiana Where's My Refund, your INTIME account, or call 317-232-2240.


You can check here for confirmation of the IRS receiving and processing your amended return(s) for release of any funds.  Be aware it can take 16 weeks  to fully process amendments and you should only inquire the IRS about them  after that timeframe has passed.


Short answer, no.  We cannot make any changes to bank product information after a return has been e-filed other than rerouting to receive a check in our office.


When coming to file your taxes,  you should bring: any W2s, 1099s, or other income records; cannot be check stubs in place of them. Your current ID and social security card (if possible), and the social security card(s) of any dependents you are filing. Lastly, any and all other tax forms you receive that need to be filed. 


To be eligible to collect a referral bonus, both the referrer and the referred must have all owed fees paid.  We typically start contacting clients about their referral reward towards the end of March when most refunds been released.


Yes! You can email or text clear pictures of your tax documents and we can have your tax return started, or even finished when you come into the office.  There is also a information form you can fill out here.
